The Job Decoder, CV Reviewer, and Career Suite features use artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to generate analyses, scores, and suggestions. This content is:
- Informational only — Not professional career advice, legal advice, or financial advice
- Potentially inaccurate — AI may produce errors, hallucinations, or outdated information
- Not a guarantee — ATS scores, salary estimates, red flags, and match scores are AI predictions, not facts
- Your responsibility — Always verify AI suggestions and use your own judgment when making career decisions
We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
5. Dictionary Content
The Corporate Bullshit Dictionary is a satirical and educational resource. Definitions and translations are intentionally humorous and reflect common frustrations with corporate communication. They are not intended as factual definitions or professional guidance.
6. Intellectual Property
- Our content — Dictionary terms, website design, code, and branding are owned by BSDict. You may share individual term definitions with attribution.
- Your content — You retain ownership of job postings, CVs, and other content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., sending it to OpenAI for analysis).
- AI outputs — AI-generated analyses, cover letters, and interview prep content are generated for your personal use. You may use them as you see fit.
7. Subscriptions and Pricing
BSDict offers free and paid tiers:
- Free — Limited usage with referral-based CV review credits
- Premium ($6.99/month) — Increased limits and monthly CV review credits
- Career Suite ($19.99/month) — Unlimited usage plus exclusive Career Suite tools
Prices may change with reasonable notice. Subscription details, payment processing, and refund policies will be communicated at the point of purchase once payment integration is activated.
8. Rate Limits and Fair Use
To ensure fair access and prevent abuse, the Service enforces usage limits:
- Guest users: 1 job decode per day
- Free users: 15 job decodes per week, CV reviews via earned credits
- Premium users: 300 job decodes and 30 CV reviews per month
- Career Suite users: Unlimited decodes and reviews, 100 Career Suite uses per feature per month
Attempting to bypass rate limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $50, whichever is greater).
10. Account Termination
- By you — You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. This permanently deletes all your data.
